Arquivo de Ilustração Portuguesa: Transformações e Tendências Contemporâneas

The Archive of Portuguese Illustration aims to promote and enhance knowledge about the history of this artistic practice in Portugal. In addition to the exhibition Archive of Portuguese Illustration: Transformations and Contemporary Trends, the project includes various events and an online directory that fulfils a fundamental role in preserving cultural memory and is constantly being updated.
The Archive of Portuguese Illustration project is the result of a joint application to DGARTES by Casa do Design, Centro de Arte Oliva, Centro de Artes de Águeda (CAA) and Centro de Artes i Caldas da Rainha.
